This is very nicely designed. The roses are a perfect punchy shade to play up the bamboo.
In the spirit of ikebana, you did well in using product and colors of this season, but placement and true ikebana styling is not there.
The one thing I would change in this arrangement is the stem of azalea leave in the middle. It is too big and the bottom half should be pruned back.

I would change nothing with this arrangement. I love it the way it is presented. I always said i didnt care for a dozen roses but presented this way... artistic and stunning. Good job!

I think this arrangement is just flat pretty. Really pretty. But it is not ikebana. 'Asian inspired' would have been a better term.
