Well if all you need to do is make your roses taller than I guess you have done a pretty great job I agree with everyone else and understand that the height would attract more attention than the willow. Overall Great Job

Many good elements in the design--

However, it seems bottom heavy to me. Extension of the roses would help a lot.

Love the foliage and willow. These elements create movement without the flowers. Everyone else is saying taller roses - I'm thinking more massed. Like an orb of roses nested on top of the willow.

Concur with the rest on the balance. I like Cherrie's idea about the mass of roses but not sure whether it would work with only 12 roses.

i echo the same comments as jamese, CHR, and Carol Bice. You needed to either make the roses taller or lessen the heaviness of the foliage.

Rather than Ti Leaves to make the collar.....maybe a collar of Galax or smaller fatsia leaves would work if the rose height stayed the same.
