The customer wins because they pay no service fees and get better value for their money, and can easily deviate from the cookie cutter products. The florist wins because they pay nothing to be part of our site, only pay $5.50 when they get an order, receive 100% of the order, get the customer, get paid immediately, have a say about what they sell, and the site promotes designer choice above all else.
