Having recently returned from a two week vacation in Mexico, it amazes me the level of development that's happening in the region.

In particular, the area around Banderas Bay including Puerto Vallarta, Nuevo Vallarta, Conchas Chinas, and Mismaloya is experiencing an unprecedented boom in new condo developments.

At one point I started to count the number of workers scampering around a high rise development. There were over 70 workers on one building!

With a more stable economy combined with a huge influx of Canadian and U.S. investment, Mexico caters not only to vacationers, but those looking to establish permanent residency as well. And of course, these residents would love to receive flowers in Mexico!
